everything was perfect with well cleaned and outstanding rooms. location: the hotel was adjacent to even the beach and the sea. there was break restaurant nearby to grab something to eat. thoroughly enjoyed their savoury drinks, served in the irish bar.

Very cool staff, a nice family! good position, great price. nice pool, nice restaurants close to the hotel, very very close to the center and to the beach.

No TV, no place to dry wet towels, very noisy, small room, in general not a comfortable room

The location is decent but not worth enduring a inconvient, cramped bathroom, desperately in need of an update. And, don't get me started on the shared pool, it's almost like they wanted us to enjoy the sunshine-less experience. Absolutley no one even offered towel service. I almost considered a good review, but i just couldn't, pathetic!

The hotel es really clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful! It was a very pleasant experience! The swimming pool is very useful and enjoyable!!

The breakfast is poor in fruit selection and the bread is not ideal.

Fine bed, exceptionally nice and fine room with a view of city.

The shared pool is awkwardly positioned between two buildings, limiting sunlight during certain parts of the day. The breakfast options are quite basic with limited variety and the WiFi often has connectivity issues, forcing the use of personal data. The air-conditioning lacks power and the bathroom feels outdated, with shower space being cramped and an uninviting decor. Noise from inconsiderate guests using the pool can be disruptive, impacting the overall comfort.

They were really helpfull, gave us tips about the city. We arrived early and had an extra breakfast for free. The room was good, very clean. The internet wifi didn't work well in smartphones, but it was very good when I connected my laptop. Breakfeast is simple but good. Is just beside everything in kos, excellent location!! I really recommend it and sure will stay again next time!

The friendly attitude of all the staff. Nothing is a problem. Meeting people we have met before, regular guests.

The shower space felt cramped!!! I had trouble connecting to the WiFi, which forced me to use my own data!!! The bathrooms could definitely use a refreshing makeover to upgrade the overall experience.

Staff were very helpful indeed. We were travelling with a very young family, and staying after our check-out time (while waiting for a ferry) was no problem at all. A pool is available for customer use. We would certainly stay there again, and plan to do so next year. It is clean and a little basic, but very good value for money for those who are not interested in three star luxury, but want a real experience in an interesting town.

Personel very nice.

Breakfast was poor! Rooms a bit worn out. Ok beds though and towels. No hairdryer.
